Pick-up only at our retail nursery 5311 Scotts Valley Dr, Scotts Valley, CA during the week of March 21-28.
Wonderful small beefsteaks (4 to 5 oz) starting out its life indigo black, then slowly ripensing from bottom up to yellow and even orange. The plant itself will have purplish stems and somewhat purplish leaves. Super interesting variety created by Wild Boar Farms. You'll kow it's ripe when it yields to gentle pressure like a ripe avocado.
Small beefsteak. Indeterminate.
Plants are in 3" containers and are usually about 6" tall.
