Arugula

Arugula (rocket, roquette) is a fast-growing, cool-season leafy green in the mustard family, known for its distinctive peppery, tangy flavor. Its leaves, flowers, and even seeds are edible, offering a pungent bite that pairs well with citrus.

Plants are in six-pack containers and usually 4-6" tall. Expect around 5 plants per cell, so roughly 30 total plants per six-pack.
