Basil, Genovese

Pick-up only at our retail nursery 5311 Scotts Valley Dr, Scotts Valley, CA during the week of March 21-28.

Genovese basil is a classic Italian heirloom, famous for its large, aromatic, sweet-clove-anise flavored leaves, making it the quintessential basil for traditional pesto, sauces, and Italian dishes. It thrives in warm, sunny conditions and requires pinching of flowers to maintain lush foliage.

Plants are in 4" containers, and each pot should have 2-3 plants. They are usually about 3" tall.
