Thai basil is a fragrant Southeast Asian herb known for its distinct anise-licorice flavor, spicy kick, and purple stems, making it a staple in Thai, Vietnamese, and other Asian cuisines, particularly for curries, noodle dishes (like phở), and stir-fries where its flavor holds up better to heat than sweet basil. It's visually identified by its narrow green leaves, purple stems, and pink-purple flowers, offering a more robust, slightly peppery taste compared to its Italian counterpart.
Plants are in 4" containers, and each pot should have 2-3 plants. They are usually about 3" tall.
