Persian cucumbers are small, sweet, crisp, and burpless mini-cucumbers known for their thin skin and nearly seedless flesh, requiring no peeling, making them ideal for snacking, salads, dips like Tzatziki or Mast-o-Khair, or even sushi. Originating in the Middle East but with roots in India, they offer a mild, refreshing flavor and crunchy texture, making them a versatile addition to many dishes.

Plants are in 4" containers and are usually about 4" tall.
