Cucumber, Pickling

Pick-up only at our retail nursery 5311 Scotts Valley Dr, Scotts Valley, CA during the week of March 21-28.

Bush pickling cucumbers are bred for making pickles. They are known for their crisp texture, thin skin, and blocky shape that fits well in jars. They are harvested small (2-3 inches) for gherkins or larger (4-6 inches) for spears, but also delicious fresh.

Plants are in 4" containers and are usually about 4" tall.
