Cynthia's favorite green-when-ripe beefsteak. The fruit is ripe once it changes color from immature "normal" green to chartreuse and yields to gentle pressure like a ripe avocado. This tomato is absolutely stunningly delicious, with hints of guava and honey. 

Large fruit. Indeterminate.

Plants are in 3" containers and are usually about 6" tall.
