Pick-up only at our retail nursery 5311 Scotts Valley Dr, Scotts Valley, CA during the week of March 21-28.
This Italian-type "globe" shape is the gold-standard for eggplants world-wide. Pick eggplants when the flesh is shiny and springs back after you are able to gently push your thumb into the fruit.
Plants are in 3" containers and are usually about 6" tall.
