Onions, White

Pick-up only at our retail nursery 5311 Scotts Valley Dr, Scotts Valley, CA during the week of March 21-28. 

'Cippolini' white onions are crisp, juicy bulbs with bright white skin and translucent flesh, offering a pungent yet mildly sweet flavor, great raw in salads/salsas or cooked for a light flavor, common in Mexican cuisine, and known for health benefits like blood thinning and gut health due to sulfur compounds and inulin. They are versatile but have a shorter shelf life than yellow onions and are best stored cool and dark.

Plants are in six-pack containers and usually 4-6" tall. Expect 4-5 plants per cell, so roughly 26 total plants per six-pack.
