Italian parsley, or flat-leaf parsley, is a vibrant, dark green herb with a stronger flavor than curly parsley, making it a culinary staple for garnish, salads, soups, and marinades, pairing well with chicken, fish, garlic, and lemon; it's rich in vitamins and antioxidants, used medicinally for digestion, and thrives in well-draining soil, often added at the end of cooking to preserve its flavor.
Plants are in 4" containers, with 10-15 plants per pot. Plants are usually about 4" tall.
