Pepperoncini Pepper

Pick-up only at our retail nursery 5311 Scotts Valley Dr, Scotts Valley, CA during the week of March 21-28.

Fruits are thin-walled and mild to slightly spicy in pungency. Best harvested at 3–4" for pickling, sautéing, or stir-frying. The large vigorous plants should be staked for highest fruit quality. High yield potential—harvest promptly to encourage plants to keep producing. Like all small peppers, if you pinch the tops when young, the plant will branch out, producing more peppers. Plants are in 3" containers and are usually about 5" tall.
