Sage is a potent, earthy herb used in cooking to flavor meats (pork, chicken, sausage), vegetables (squash, mushrooms, potatoes), pasta, and stuffing, often paired with brown butter or fried leaves as a garnish; use it sparingly as its strong flavor can easily overpower dishes, adding it early for milder flavor or late for stronger impact, and remember fresh is milder than dried.
Plants are in 4" containers, with 1-2 plants per pot. Plants are usually about 3" tall.
