Tomatillo, Purple

Pick-up only at our retail nursery 5311 Scotts Valley Dr, Scotts Valley, CA during the week of March 21-28.

A delicious and beautifully blushed tomatillo from Guatemala. Fruit average 1 inch in diameter and are green with a dark purple hue that deepens as the fruit mature. Very popular in Guatemalan cuisine. For fruit production, be sure to plant at least two tomatillo plants, as they are not self-fertile.

Plants are in 3" containers and are usually about 6" tall.
